Support Plans & Service Level Agreements

Motion Analytics offers custom marketing dashboard development with transparent pricing. Each project includes a one-time setup fee for custom development and design, followed by monthly hosting and maintenance. All plans include dashboard hosting, real-time data processing, and basic technical support.

1. Starter Plan ($2,500 setup + $299/month). Perfect for small AI teams. Includes up to 5 model endpoints, essential animations, monthly uptime monitoring, basic performance reports, and email support with 24-hour response time during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). Enhancement requests are billable separately at $150/hour (2-hour minimum).

2. Growth Plan ($4,999 setup + $799/month). Ideal for growing teams. Includes comprehensive model coverage, advanced animations, bi-weekly performance optimization, quarterly dashboard reviews, priority email support with 24-hour response time, and up to 5 hours monthly of minor updates and enhancements. Additional work billed at $125/hour.

3. Enterprise Plan ($9,999 setup + $1,999/month). For organizations requiring custom integrations. Includes API access, white-label options, monthly strategic consultation calls, dedicated account management, priority email support with 24-hour response time, and up to 15 hours monthly of updates, enhancements, and new feature development. Additional work billed at $100/hour.

4. What Constitutes a "Bug" vs. "Enhancement". A bug is defined as functionality that doesn't work as originally specified in the project scope. An enhancement is any new feature, design change, or modification to existing functionality beyond the original scope - regardless of size.

5. Change Request Process. All enhancement requests must be submitted in writing and approved with a time/cost estimate before work begins. Minimum billing increment is 2 hours. Rush requests (under 48-hour turnaround) incur a 50% premium.

6. Service Level Commitments. Response times begin when we receive your request during business hours. Emergency support (Enterprise plan only) covers critical system failures that prevent dashboard access. Non-critical issues follow standard response times.

7. Termination and Transition. Monthly plans require 3-month minimum commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30-day written notice for cancellation. Upon termination, we provide a knowledge transfer document and 30 days of emergency-only support to ensure smooth transition.

8. Pricing and Payment Terms. Setup fees are due upon contract signing. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Overages are billed the following month. Prices are subject to annual review with 60-day notice of any changes.
